Meet Dr. Paula Apro
I am a doctor of Natural Medicine, a holistic health mentor, and an author. I'm a double Board-certified Alternative Medicine Practitioner and Health Coach, and a passionate advocate of spreading health and wellness truths.
After overcoming my own debilitating chronic pain using energy medicine and mind-body strategies, I'm a firm believer that everyone should be knowledgeable about the inner workings of their bodies and take back control of their own health.
I'm on a mission to combat the traps that people often fall into, believing that they are weak and not capable of managing their own health. My recent book, "A Quantum Shift - Embracing the Medicine of the Future to Heal the Pain from the Past" opens the eyes and minds of curious seekers to the unlimited healing potentials that Quantum medicine can offer.
What I Do
Living with chronic health conditions can be overwhelming, and finding effective solutions can feel like an uphill battle. It’s essential to understand that you must get to the bottom of the problem and address the root causes. Symptom suppression is not healing.

But decoding these messages isn’t always easy. I can reveal ways to understand your body on a deeper, energetic level and connect the dots between mind and body.
